New Household and Activity Registration Form
Save time by filling in and printing off this form for new household memberships to the Recreation Center or to register for any aquatic, fitness and recreation programs offered through the City of Cody Parks, Recreation and Facilities Department. Bring this completed and signed form, along with applicable payment, to the Paul Stock Aquatic and Recreation Center (1402 Heart Mountain Street, Cody) to complete your registration.

Recreation Center Memberships Increase, Summer Hours Shortened Effective July 1, 2010
Recreation Center memberships will increase 10% effective on membership renewal anniversaries as of July 1, 2010. Summer hours, which include the Saturday before Memorial Day through the Tuesday after Labor Day, also are changing slightly. We will be closing Monday - Thursday at 9 p.m. (instead of 10 p.m.) and will be closed all day on July 4th and Labor Day. Rec Center Membership Rates (Effective July 1, 2010)
Beginning July 1, 2010, the City of Cody is increasing memberships by 10% to the Paul Stock Aquatic & Recreation Center. Click here for detailed rate information. Please call City staff at 307-587-0400 with any questions or concerns.

Kidz on the Move 2010 Camp Evaluations
Summer camp for 2010 has come and gone in a flash. Kidz on the Move offered local youth another fun-filled, action-packed nine weeks of activities, field trips and community building. We ask families who participated in this year's camp to fill out a brief evaluation so staff can better prepare for and improve our programming in the future. We thank you for your support. ASAP Registration Packet, 2010-2011
The City of Cody's After School Activities Program (ASAP) has provided innovative, educational and recreational programming for local families for the past 15 years. For more information, check out our current ASAP Brochure, also available for download on this website.
Click here to download and fill out a registration packet to enroll your children in ASAP, where qualified and talented staff provide more than just a safe place for children during the out-of-school hours. 2010-11 ASAP Attendance Calendars
ASAP families can download, fill out and print monthly calendars to help staff keep track of children expected to attend the program each day. Please mark the days your child(ren) will attend ASAP. We appreciate families notifying ASAP staff of any changes to attendance by calling 307.250-8362 by 3 PM.
