Cody Auditorium Reservations

The Cody Auditorium offers two separate rooms with a commercial kitchen suitable for catering any event.

The facility is located one block from downtown Cody and down the hill from the Paul Stock Aquatic and Recreation Center and the Victor J. Riley Community Events Center.

Features

    • Main auditorium features more than 5,600 square feet of multi-use space with a stage area at one end
      • Ideal for dances, dinners, wedding receptions, craft festivals, commercial sales events, or large meetings
      • Comfortably seats 300 guests for dinner or 500 for a large group meeting
    • Cody Club Room, adjacent to the main auditorium, is decorated in a western theme and is popular among local service clubs who meet here regularly
      • More than 1,500 square feet of meeting space
      • Advance reservations required and may be made up to one year in advance of an event and are required for both rooms
      • Deposit required at the time of the reservation
      • Variety of rental equipment also available for use in either room
        • Tables, chairs, televisions, projectors, public address systems, podiums, pipe, drapes, and other items available upon request for an additional fee

    Reservations will be reviewed at weekly Cody Parks, Recreation, and Facilities staff meetings. Individuals or groups requesting the reservation will be notified as soon as possible with regards to availability and any associated costs.
